Martin is a master of economics by education with a “Wirtschaftswissenschaften” degree from University Regensburg. He started his career at Arthur Andersen as an auditor. Martin has more than 20 years' experience in the fields of corporate finance and assurance at Big Four audit and advisory firms.

Martin’s focus areas comprise the support of international M&A transactions, due diligence reviews, business valuations as well as annual audits and business consulting projects. Successfully completed exams include the Chartered Tax advisor (Steuerberater) and the German Certified Public Accountant (Wirtschaftsprüfer). He is fluent in German and English.
